What's New in February?

Updated: Feb 6, 2022

Great things to come at the site of the former Steynberg Gallery & 4 Cats Cafe. Keep an eye out as this project comes to life!

We are excited to be working with the man behind some of SLO County's best restaurants to bring something new to the Upper Monterey neighborhood in San Luis Obispo. Maybe it will be included in the MoJo Uptown Tour?

BA Start Competitive Arcade & Taproom has been approved for the old Aaron Brothers location in Downtown SLO.

Our whole office has had a lot of fun working with the Owner on the plans for this project, especially Sergio. We'll know where to find him after work.

The Waterman Peace Village is a joint venture between two non-profits for the use and development of the City-owned Rosa Burton de Canet Adobe

This sketch is Ken Haggard's initial street view perspective. We are assisting in preparing the files and images necessary for a historical review. We look forward to long-term involvement in this important project.

Repairs on the Chapman House are moving along. Here you can see the before and after on the roof. We're working through the rest of the house, including replacing the windows. We're honored to play a part in maintaining such an important landmark in the Shell Beach community.

Welcome Cynde Lee Spence to Hunter Smith Architecture!

Please reach out to us if you (or anyone you know) needs an architect. We always appreciate the opportunity to discuss how our team might help you bring your vision to life.
